Do I get exclusivity at Elements?
At Elements, we allow multiple shoots at one time to keep the cost low for you. The venue is vast - 3 acres of landscaped gardens with water bodies, gazebos and 130 backgrounds including temple settings, Rajasthan Jharokas and European designs. The venue is landscaped with thick greenery that provides sufficient privacy for the shoots. We continuously monitor the wait time and ensure that there is zero or minimal wait time for any particular backdrop within Elements.
How do I book Ola and Uber to and from the venue?
Type "Elements Bangalore" as the location for Ola or Uber.
Are these the same rates for all shoots?
These rates only apply for pre wedding, post wedding, maternity and baby shoots. For ad shoots, you will need to block all the slots if you want exclusivity. If you don't want exclusivity, you will need to block one slot per model for an ad shoot. For fashion shoots you will need to block one slot per model.
How many people are allowed?
We allow 8 people per ticket including the couple, photographers and make-up artists. Additional guests will be charged at ₹700 per head up to a maximum of 4 guests including children. Your friends and family are welcome to accompany you to Elements. However we request them not to shoot selfies or photographs against our backgrounds as this will increase the waiting time for the other couples, and will also interfere in their frames.
Can I extend my slot to full day on the spot?
Yes, if there is an available slot.
What time can I come into Elements?
We open at 0500 hrs for the morning slot. For other slots – you can check in 10 minutes prior to the booked slot time.
I need time for make-up and to get ready for the shoot. Can I come early?
Combo packages are allowed for early check-in. Location only bookings are not allowed for early check-in.
Can I extend my shoot after I give up the room?
Yes, at an additional charge of ₹2500, per hour.
Will I get GST credit?
Yes, all rates are inclusive of GST. Please input your GST details in the booking to claim input credit.
Can I pay by UPI?
Payment options like UPI, Debit cards, Credit cards, Net banking available, including EMI options for Credit Cards.
Can I pay cash at the venue?
Sorry, only online bookings are allowed.
Is there a refund?
All bookings are non-refundable.
Can I change the date for my shoot after booking?
Date change fee is ₹3000, There is no refund if you change to a lower priced slot. For date change, you need to call us at 84311-90774 at least 24 hours before the booked date.
Will there be decorations?
Please download our catalogue to view our backdrops and lighting.
What if it rains?
Due to rain, if you couldn't shoot at all, we will allow a date change at no extra cost provided the new date slots are available. If it rains while you were shooting, we will provide the hours you lost on another day. Please notify our staff on site immediately so we can record this to rebook the new shoot date for you.
How many backgrounds do you have?
We have over 180 backgrounds of Rajasthani jharokas, South Indian temple settings, a Cinderella carriage, a swing, a LOVE sign, a floral wall wisteria hangings and European backdrops in addition to our three acres of landscaped gardens. These are included in the package. We also have smaller props that start at ₹400. We continuously update our venue by adding more props and changing the landscaping.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes, sure.
Is there a pool?
We have a private pool villa and it is included in the shoot package.
How big is the pool?
It's a small private pool for a villa - 25 feet wide.
What are the rooms available?
All rooms have air conditioners, a mirror and a chair. Most rooms have attached bathrooms and some rooms require the guest to use the common washrooms. The rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis if not reserved otherwise.
Is drinking water available?
Yes, RO drinking water is available.
Is food available?
There is an independently run canteens on-site. Food delivery apps also deliver.
Is videography allowed?
Yes
Is drone allowed?
Drone is allowed in certain areas at Elements. Please check with staff on site for more clarification.
