Elements photography studio in Chennai on East Coast, Chennai has over 50 backdrops and grand lighting for its guests. The garden has been woven in to connect all the backdrops and its lighting. The property is just a few steps away from the beach.

1. Access to all backdrops.
2. One basic changing room as part of the package. All rooms are airconditioned with a mirror and chair provided.
3. Decorative lighting (supported by two generators) from 5:15 am to 6:15 am and from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Since Elements shuts at 8.30pm, the decorative lights will be shut at 8.30 pm.
4. In case of rain, the lights will not be switched on (for safety reasons).
All bookings are non refundable. However you can change dates up to 24 hours before the booking date, and a date change fee of ₹ 2,000 applies. This fee will be waived if you purchase the Protection option add-on at ₹ 500.
1. We sanitize the common touchpoints – Door handles, taps, common taps, props and the room keys on a regular basis. In addition, the room is completely sanitized after each use.
2. Our staff are checked daily for temperature.
3. Our property is three acres of landscaped gardens. Social distancing is automatically a process given that the property is huge.

What else can you book?
Make up is offered on site at ₹ 6490 including GST for half a day.
This includes:
– One dedicated make up artist for 4 hours
– Make up for the bride
– Touch up of make up for each costume change
– New hairstyle for each costume change
– Saree draping
Make up must be booked before 6 pm before the day of the booking.
Rent exquisite infinity gowns, ball gowns, ethnic wear, jewellery from Dress Lockerz.
Prices of daily rentals start from as low as ₹1500.
Dresses are regularly laundered and in pristine condition.
Dresses must be booked before 6 pm one day prior to photoshoot.

Why reserve a room?
We have different types of rooms at Elements. You need to reserve ONLY if you are particular about the room type that is provided. If unreserved – you will be provided with the type of room that is available on your event date.
Reserve a room (121 sq ft) with attached washroom and bed - ₹ 990 from 5 am to 7.30 pm
Reserve a room (80 sq ft) with attached washroom only - ₹ 690 from 5 am to 7.30 pm
We have a small canteen at Elements on East Coast, Chennai operated by a third party. Food can be ordered by calling or whatsapp the orders to this number +91 79947 59174 at the venue.

Timings – The venue opens at 5 am and closes at 8.30 pm.
Prebook – All slots must be pre-booked. Please hand over your keys at the time designated. Please keep to the time slot that you booked for, to prevent inconvenience to other customers. If slots are available, you can extend at ₹ 2000 per additional hour.
We are a photoshoot location – Our rooms are basic changing rooms with air conditioning and mirrors.
No drone area – Drones are not allowed to respect the privacy of our neighbors.
Upkeep of the garden – Please note that cleaning and watering of the gardens will happen from time to time to keep the venue pristine for you.
Safety – In case of rain, the lights will not be switched on (for safety reasons).
How many people can I bring along? – Upto 6 people are allowed including the photographers, makeup artists and children. Your friends and family are welcomed to accompany you to Elements but we would request them not to shoot selfies or photograph against our backgrounds as this will increase the waiting time for other couples, and will also interfere in their frames.
Extension of slots – Extension beyond the booked slot is subject to availability of rooms. If rooms are not available, extension may be possible provided the room key is handed over. This is however, subject to the sole discretion of Elements Management.

Bookings : You MUST book online. The ticket will be emailed to you along with the QR code. You need to show the ticket to our staff on the day of the shoot.
***ONLY ONE COUPLE IS ALLOWED*** TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED PER BOOKING. IF THIS CONDITION IS VIOLATED, OUR STAFF WILL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THE SHOOT WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED.
IMPORTANT : Upto 6 people are allowed including the couple, the photographers, make up artists and children. Your friends and family are welcome to accompany you to Elements but we would request them not to shoot selfies or photographs against our backgrounds as this will increase the waiting time for the other couples, and will also interfere in their frames.
Additional guests will be charged at ₹500 per head up to a maximum of 4 guests including children. This amount is non-refundable.
