Elements Palm Valley, located in Pollachi (Coimbatore), has 50 over backdrops among a field of coconut trees making it an ideal destination for all shoots. The property is lit with magical lighting every evening for all its guests.
For location booking with room : Tariffs start from ₹ 2490 per hour.
For location booking with room : Tariffs starting from just ₹ 3900/- including GST.

- Access to all backdrops
- One basic changing room as part of the package. All rooms are airconditioned with a mirror and chair provided.
- Decorative lighting (supported by two generators) from 5:15 am to 6:15 am and from 6.30 pm to 8:30 pm. Since Elements shuts at 8.30 pm, the decorative lights will be shut at 8.30 pm.
- In case of rain, the lights will not be switched on (for safety reasons).
1. We sanitize the common touchpoints – Door handles, taps, common taps, props and the room keys on a regular basis. In addition, the room is completely sanitized after each use.
2. Our staff are checked daily for temperature.
3. Our property is three acres of landscaped gardens. Social distancing is automatically a process given that the property is huge.

What else can you book?
Make-up is offered on-site at ₹ 5390 including GST for half a day. Groom’s make-up can be added on at ₹1800 including GST.
This includes:
1. One dedicated make up artist for upto 6 hours
2. Make up for the bride and groom if the add-on is selected
3. Touch up of make up for each costume change
4. New hairstyle for each costume change
5. Saree draping
PS : Make-up must be booked before 6 pm prior to the day of the event.
The make up artist will contact you within 6 – 8 hours of booking to discuss further details.
*Location Bookings with common(sharing) changing room don’t qualify for this option.
Book a Make-up ArtistStarting at just ₹890 for half an hour anytime from 5.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Important :No extension of time slot allowed at the location. If the horse is required for more than 30 minutes, 2 or more time-slots must be pre- booked online. The horse rental is strictly for photo shoots only. Certain locations within the premises of Elements Bangalore may be inaccessible for the horse as per management’s decision. The management of Elements bears no liability in case of any injuries caused. Once purchased, it is non-refundable.

Why reserve a room?
We have different types of rooms at Elements. You need to reserve ONLY if you are particular about the room type that is provided. If unreserved – you will be provided with the type of room that is available on your event date.
Reserve a room (121 sq ft) with attached washroom and bed - ₹ 990 from 5 am to 7.30 pm
Reserve a room (80 sq ft) with attached washroom only - ₹ 690 from 5 am to 7.30 pm
All bookings are non refundable. However you can change dates up to 24 hours before the booking date, and a date change fee of ₹ 2,000 applies. This fee will be waived if you purchase the Protection option add-on at ₹ 500.

Timings – The venue opens at 5 am and closes at 8.30 pm.
We are a Photoshoot Location – We are not a resort. Our rooms are basic changing rooms with air Conditioning and mirrors.
Pre-book : – All slots must be pre-booked. Please hand over your keys at the time designated. Please keep to the time slot that you booked for, to prevent inconvenience to other customers. If slots are available you can extend at ₹2000 per additional hour.
Drones are allowed. However, please ensure that they don’t overfly the Elements premises.
Upkeep of the Gardens – Please note that cleaning and watering of the gardens will happen from time to time to keep the venue pristine for you.
Extension of slots – Extension beyond the booked slot is subject to availability of rooms. If rooms are not available, extension may be possible provided the room key is handed over. This is however, subject to the sole discretion of Elements Management.

Bookings : You MUST book online. The ticket will be emailed to you along with the QR code. You need to show the ticket to our staff on the day of the shoot.
***ONLY ONE COUPLE IS ALLOWED*** TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED PER BOOKING. IF THIS CONDITION IS VIOLATED, OUR STAFF WILL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THE SHOOT WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED.
IMPORTANT : Upto 5 people are allowed including the couple, the photographers, make up artists and children. Your friends and family are welcome to accompany you to Elements but we would request them not to shoot selfies or photographs against our backgrounds as this will increase the waiting time for the other couples, and will also interfere in their frames.
Additional guests will be charged at ₹500 per head up to a maximum of of 4 guests including children. This amount is non-refundable.
